The Underground Movement
I was really bored today so I decided to hop around the web and find some music I've never heard and give it a listen. I was mostly disappointed. Everybody was the next underground hit. From posers to just plain pretenders, I heard em all. But then i came upon the Guerrilla Arts Movement and I was moved. Moved from youtube to their website. Actually it was Asheru's home page but the link was there. Basically everybody in the Guerrilla Arts movement is hot. Asheru and all the artists in the El's are straight unreal. This is what all Hip-Hop should be moving toward. Fuck BET. And fuck sentence fragments. I mean, BET is trying to do a lot for the Hip-Hop community. Whether it is getting kids hooked on the New "Souljah Boy" track or getting them addicted to the new energy drink that is out. Seriously it is time to give praise to the MC's droppin tracks from the soul. God bless yall. But I'm sure this is all very old news to anyone in the AFA.

- I am constantly looking for new hip-hop that has what I like. It's always discouraging but when you find it, it becomes so worth it. AFA is like a gold mine, don't expect to find anything like it. I'd get into percentages of how likely you are to find good underground artist. They are out there, but internet is so cluttered with wack emcees as you noticed, that it becomes hard to filter out the cream of the crop. Anyhow good find on Asheru n the dudes on his track, they're real dope. Took me a while to find his page when searching for Guerilla Arts Movement.
